一、项目简介  _{A Brief Introduction of the project}

    江西四达教育咨询有限公司（南昌惠友教育咨询有限公司旗下子公司）中国文化之旅项目为全世界其他国家的年轻人提供零成本接触和了解中国文化的机会，旅行过程中产生的签证办理费、往返交通费、在华期间的生活费以及游览费等均不需由外国学生支付。在工作时间，外国学生可参加公司指定教育或其他机构的文化交流活动，体验中国职场生活，晚上则免费寄宿在公司指定的接待家庭，零距离接触中式家庭文化，是外国年轻人体验中国文化、了解中国就业形势、开拓国际化视野的最佳方式。

    与此同时，中国接待家庭能用最低的成本获得一名“贴身外教”，直接有效地激发孩子对英语学习的兴趣和欲望，让中国家庭有机会零距离接触异国文化，对于计划让孩子出国深造的家庭，更是提供了一个提前了解外国生活和文化的好机会。

    _{The Chinese Culture Trip Project of Jiangxi Star Educational Counseling Ltd.(subsidiary of Nanchang Huiyou Educational Counseling Ltd.) offer the young people from the other countries all over the world the opportunities to experience Chinese culture at a zero cost. The foreign students don’t need to pay the fee of visa processing and transportation, the daily costs in China, neither any other possible expenses. The foreign students just need to attend the cultural exchange activities in appointed education institutions or other companies on workdays to experience the workplace culture in China. Every night, the foreign students live with the host family for free.     _{At the same time, the host family can get a personal foreign language teacher at the lowest cost. It can inspire children’ interest in learning English. 二、对外国学生的要求  _{The Requirements of the foreign students}

1、18-30岁的女性；

2、高中以上学历，英语口语流利，无明显口音；

3、身体健康，五官端正，形象气质较好（需通过视频面试）；

4、无犯罪记录；

5、对待孩子有爱心和耐心；

6、每天晚餐时段的1小时与接待家庭孩子进行英语交流。

_{(5) Love children and be patient with them.}

_{(6) Spend one hour to communicate with the children of the host family during the dinner time every day.}

三、对接待家庭的要求   _{The requirements of the host family}

1、为外国学生提供三餐或餐费；

2、为外国学生提供设备完善的独立房间，安全舒适的居住环境；

3、每周安排一天家庭出游，为外国学生提供体验中国文化的机会；

4、理解中外文化差异，帮助外国学生适应在华生活。

_{(3) Arrange an one-day visit every weekend to help the foreign student know China better.}

_{(4) Understand the cultural differences and help the foreign student to adapt new life.}

四、江西四达教育咨询有限公司的职责   _{The responsibilities of Jiangxi Star Educational Counseling Ltd.}

1、在外国学生来华之前，对接待家庭和外国学生进行前期的指导培训；

2、在项目初期协助外国学生和接待家庭互相了解和熟悉、说明活动安排等其他相关事宜；

3、为外国学生购买保险、电话卡、交通卡；

4、为外国学生安排进行文化交流活动的幼教或其他机构；

5、每周一天陪同或指导外国学生外出游玩并承担其产生的游玩费用；

6、若外国学生和接待家庭产生矛盾，在必要时给予协调和帮助；

(2) _{Help the foreign student and the host family get familiar with each other at the beginning of the project.}

(3) _{Buy the insurance, telephone card and transportation card for the foreign student.}

(4) _{Arrange cultural exchange activities in appointed preschool education institutions or other companies for the foreign student.}

_{(5) Arrange a one-day trip for the foreign student every week.}

_{(6) Help resolving problems between the foreign student and the host family when needed.}
